We collect URLs of the endpoints you choose to monitor, uptime check results, response times, HTTP status codes, and incident history.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To send you incident notifications and status updates for your monitored services.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To communicate with you about your account, including service announcements and security alerts.

• Service providers — Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), QStash (scheduled jobs), Neon (database hosting), and Resend (transactional email).

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uptime check logs are retained for 90 days. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
